What to include
If you're reporting a conversion problem, it helps to describe what kind of PDF you were converting (for example, "a scanned form" or "a multi-column report") and which output format you chose. Since we never see your files, we can't look at the specific PDF you uploaded — but a description of the structure is usually enough to track down the issue.

This is a small, independently run tool, so replies are best-effort rather than guaranteed within a fixed window — but we do read everything that comes in.
